Often we breathe shallowly unconsciously or hold tension in our body. During this Breathwork Session, we work with <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"476\">connected breathing<\/strong>, a breathing technique that helps to release stored tension, emotions, and blockages in a safe and natural way.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"745\">By breathing consciously, space is created.
