Anna Ramos

Docent Pilates

Hi, my name is Anna. I am originally from São Paulo – Brazil.

I love practicing sports. Volleyball, handball, and surfing used to be my favorites.

I have been teaching Pilates for around 3 years.

After graduating in 2005 in physiotherapy and specializing in neurological and neuromuscular diseases, my husband and I moved to Spain for his master’s degree, so we decided to write a new chapter.

We lived in many other countries, Italy, England, and the US, during this time for him to do his internship.

In 2011 we ended up here in The Netherlands, where I started a new chapter again. Being a mother… brought me a lot of joy. Still, at the same time, I wanted to have the body that I used to have, so I started working out… hard. Instead of making me better it led me to injuries in my knee and shoulder, and after my second pregnancy, I realized I had Diastasis Recti.

So, from that point, I started practicing Pilates and Low Pressure Fitness, and I fell in love with the technic and I began studying and giving lessons to help others to feel better about themselves the same I felt about myself.

I hope I can help you feel amazing!!!
