Breathwork Workshop

Your breath is a powerful tool. Often we breathe shallowly unconsciously or hold tension in our body. During this Breathwork Session, we work with connected breathing, a breathing technique that helps to release stored tension, emotions, and blockages in a safe and natural way.
By breathing consciously, space is created. Space to release old patterns, experience more peace, and reconnect with your Being.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to one week in advance. For cancellations within 7 days of the workshop, 50% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours or on the day itself will be charged at 100%.
