Zest stands for the spark in your life. At Zest Your Life, we offer various classes and training sessions for a conscious, healthy, powerful, and inspired life. Zest Your Life is happy to support you in finding the optimal balance between body and mind. Live healthily, choose consciously, deepen your focus, and do what you believe in!

Please note: once you have paid for a workshop, the next step is to add yourself to the workshop in the schedule; this can be done via our app. Payment alone is not sufficient. To confirm your reservation for a specific workshop, you must add yourself to the workshop in the schedule. This can be done via the app.
Various memberships
We offer various types of memberships at Zest. Do you already know how often you would like to attend classes per week? Based on that indication, choose a membership type. Would you prefer to receive free personal advice first? You can! At Zest, you can schedule an intake session where we provide free advice. With annual and monthly memberships, you receive a 50% discount if you wish to add a Zest at Home add-on. Check the app for all memberships.
Have you used all the visits included in your membership? As a member, you can then purchase a single class for €8.50.
Would you like to discover which classes suit you first? Then choose the class passes! This way, you can experience which training you want to follow and which membership best suits your needs.
The schedule
Would you like to see all the classes we offer at Zest first? Then view the schedule. There are classes every day, ranging from yoga to strength to relaxation.
Free consultation
If you do not yet know exactly which class you want to take, you can schedule a free intake at Zest. During the intake, we will look at your wishes, goals, and expectations together. Based on the intake, we will provide you with free personal advice.
Youth membership
We have a youth membership specifically for young people. You can sign up for this for only €39 per month. With this membership, you can attend 8 classes per month. This means you only pay €4.87 per class! The youth membership is available for those up to 25 years of age.
